Professional, quick service, and EFFECTIVE. We did not use the heaters correctly, and had to rent a second time. The nice owner allowed us to have a discount on the next rental, even though it was our mistake. I will always recommend these folks, as the bugs are long gone.

I had a great experience with Atlanta Bed Bug Heaters! They delivered our unit exactly when they said they would be there and gave us really good instructions on using the unit. Their representative was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I had great communication with them throughout the process. Most importantly of all, it worked!! I did run the unit overnight which is a bit longer than is necessary but when we checked the unit in the morning all bugs were very dead! I will be using them again in the future if ever we have another infestation. Thank you for all of your help and expertise!

My experience with Atlanta Bedbug Heaters was amazing. They provided professional service and guided me through the process of setting up and using the heater. If there were any bedbugs in that hotel, they were definitely gone by the time I finished my daily activities and returned to the room. I would definitely recommend them, especially in this day when we are dealing with COVID and/or unknown things in hotels. I will be using them again!!
