To say I was thrilled with the heater rental would be an understatement!! Not only did it get the job done, which allowed me to get my first night of bite-free sleep in a week, but the customer service was unmatched. I didn't think I'd need all offered equipment to power the unit, but after 4 hours and numerous tripped breakers, I reluctantly contacted the owner and offered to meet her to pickup the additional equipment. Not only did she respond almost immediately, but also volunteered to bring the equipment to me. This company was a GODSEND!!! The system was easy to set up, it worked very, very well and was far less expensive than other rental services. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to get rid of bedbugs fast!! I can't thank y'all enough for restoring my sanity.

I appreciate the availability of Atlanta Bedbug Heater Rentals for their professionalism, support and calm. I was a HOT mess after being exposed to bedbugs at a hotel. Crying, hysterics and depressed in bed for two days. Finally, I called and was given detailed information on how heat works to kill the eggs and adults. I HIGHLY recommend to seek service from them. They brought the equipment to my home and were flexible on picking it up. They allowed me to call and text after hours for instruction and guidance but were not enablers! LOL I was able to figure out how to connect the power cords with their help over the phone. I recommend them and would use them again if the occasion presented itself. Hopefully, it won't but you know what I mean. :)

Sylloris of Atlanta Bedbug Heater rental was great! She provided tremendous information and detail on how to use the heaters and fans, how to connect them, and how long to run them. All the equipment was well organized into portable tool cases, electrical plug adapters were provided for the 240v outlets, everything was clean, and all equipment and cords were in well-maintained condition. Equipment delivery and pickup were on-time with no waiting, and I thought the rental price was a good value. I will definitely rent from them again and recommend them to anyone needing bedbug extermination.

I had a great experience with Atlanta Bed Bug Heaters! They delivered our unit exactly when they said they would be there and gave us really good instructions on using the unit. Their representative was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I had great communication with them throughout the process. Most importantly of all, it worked!! I did run the unit overnight which is a bit longer than is necessary but when we checked the unit in the morning all bugs were very dead! I will be using them again in the future if ever we have another infestation. Thank you for all of your help and expertise!
