They were on time and provided insightful insight. The tutorial video for very helpful. The hardest part was just making sure the power was distributed throughout my house so it's not trip a circuit breaker. You should definitely use the oven and dryer plugs

Very easy to contact and arrange to rent heaters. Heaters and equipment are easy to operate. Haven't had a bite since we used the heaters. Advice - start in smallest room as once the heater is up to temp it overheats small rooms fast! 150degrees in under an hour. Also allow ample time for cool down before trying to use the rooms. We ended up using the fans that came with set to help with cool down.

They helped us so much we got some guest from a roommate who went on tour and this seems to have solved the problem. I can't recommend this company enough, more cost effective than exterminator who probably will use same equipment.

I have tried to do the "DIY" rented from the local stores in my large scale short term rental business. Saved money.....but so inefficient. Rented machines from this company.....Game changer....Professional from beginning to end. Equipment was better than anything I have used before! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Awesome customer service . Super fast response got back to me instantly and had a meeting place to pick up equipment within a couple hours easy instructions I got rooms up to 118 degrees in about 45 min and rooms got up to 130 + degrees in spots will definitely recommend trying this before you pay a exterminator to do it for you

After spending too much money and working with excellent and reputable chemical companies (they treated 5 times!!) I finally tried heaters. Not gonna lie, it's not an easy undertaking, however it got rid of our bed bugs definitively! What a relief. The effort is worth it especially knowing we weren't adding anymore chemicals. Sylloris and her associate made the whole experience though. Bedbugs are infuriating and heating took work but the support, information and general delightful and pleasant customer experience made a bad situation 100% better.
